In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they lose their right of withdrawal.
For software license purchases, by activating your license key, you acknowledge that delivery of the digital product has begun and you waive your right of withdrawal.
